Kanikkamatha Convent English Medium Girls Higher Secondary School is one of the most prestigious educational institution in Palakkad. The school is running under the effective patronage of the Congregation of the Mother of Carmel (CMC Sisters). Having started in 1961 after days of ceaseless prayers, the school took its shape in a small shed in the district of Palakkad.
